Let’s Talk, Period(s).

In March 2025, SPARK Boston hosted a panel discussion centered on period poverty, menstrual care innovation, and the importance of inclusive language. While the SPARK Boston Council developed the event programming, I led the visual branding for the panel to ensure the topic was presented in an approachable, engaging, and intentional way.

I designed the event’s primary visual identity using a palette of lilac, deep purple, and black. These colors were selected for their calming yet attention-grabbing qualities, helping create a welcoming tone while standing out across digital platforms. To immediately signal the subject matter and audience, I incorporated imagery of menstrual products, allowing viewers to quickly understand the focus of the discussion and who the event was for.

In addition to the core branding, I designed supporting social media assets—including the primary promotional graphic—and a custom Google Form header used for registration. Together, these elements created a cohesive visual system that reinforced the event’s message and supported audience engagement across platforms.
