In the summer of 2025, I collaborated with the Mayor’s Digital Team to produce a video highlighting the restoration of the Mattahunt Urban Wild. The project was designed to showcase the environmental impact of the restoration while centering community voices.
I worked closely with the Digital Communications Director to define the creative vision and storytelling approach. I led pre-production planning by coordinating with a subject matter expert and a Mattapan resident, determining filming logistics, and developing a detailed shot list to ensure strong visual coverage, including both interview and b-roll footage.
I handled all post-production for the piece, including music sourcing, video editing, captioning, and writing the accompanying social copy. The final video was published to Mayor Michelle Wu’s official Instagram account, reaching a broad audience and highlighting the City’s commitment to environmental restoration and community engagement.
